Update on De-Listing

 

Holders Technology (AIM:HDT) announces that, further to its announcement on 3
January 2024 regarding the closure of the Tender Offer and De-Listing,
cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM of the Ordinary Shares will
now take effect at 7.00 a.m. on 12 January 2024 due to the process of
rematerialising and then cancelling the Ordinary Shares purchased under the
Tender Offer.
