NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PDMRs

20 June 2023 - The Company has received notification from the Share Incentive
Plan ('SIP') Trustee (Link Market Services Trustees Limited) that on 16 June
2023 the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities (PDMR) became beneficially interested in the number of
ordinary shares of 5 pence in the Company under the Zotefoams Share Incentive
Plan detailed below. The shares were purchased at a price of £3.63 per share.
