Notice of Results and Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

M Winkworth Plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the
Company's audited final results for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("Final
Results") will be announced on 17 April 2024.  In addition, Dominic Agace
(CEO) and Andrew Nicol (CFO) will provide a live presentation relating to the
Final Results via Investor Meet Company on 18 April 2024, 13:00 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
17 April 2024, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
