Starvest Plc ("Starvest" or the "Company")

 

Result of General Meeting

 

Starvest Plc (LON:SVE), the London Stock Exchange AIM-listed specialist mining
and resources investment company, announces that at the General Meeting held
today the Special Resolution was duly passed.

 

The proxy votes received were as follows:

 

 Resolution  For         Against  Discretion to Chairman  Percentage of Voting Rights  Withheld  Total
 01          37,251,774  2,866    14,705                  0.0252%                      5,000     37,274,345
                                  Total Voting Rights     58,282,493

 

Consequently, the last day of dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM
will be 28 November 2023 and the Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM
will take effect at 7.00 a.m. on 29 November 2023.
