OEM is engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of minimally invasive devices for third party medical device companies through either own label or co-branding. The Industrial segment is engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of minimally invasive technology products for industrial application. The Company’s subsidiaries include Surgical Innovations Limited, which designs and manufactures minimally invasive devices and Haemocell Limited, which designs and manufactures autologous blood products.
