Telefonica Deutschland hit after Vodafone's German roaming deal

** Telefonica Deutschland  O2Dn.DE  falls as much as 17.7% to
March 2020 lows with traders linking the move to rival Vodafone
announcing a roaming deal with 1&1 in Germany
** One trader says the drop looks overdone
** Vodafone  VOD.L  shares up 3% while Telefonica  TEF.MC ,
which controls Telefonica Deutschland, slumps 6.8%  
** 1&1  1U1.DE  shares rise 15%, set for biggest one-day gain
since 2008
