RNS Number : 9295P 1Spatial Plc 07 July 2025
7 July 2025
1Spatial plc
("1Spatial", the "Group" or the "Company")
AGM Statement
1Spatial, (AIM: SPA), a global leader in Location Master Data Management
(LMDM) software and solutions, will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11am
today at the offices of Panmure Liberum Limited, Ropemaker Place, Level 12, 25
Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9LY.
At the meeting, Andrew Roberts, Non-Executive Chairman, will make the
following statement:
"The Group continues to make progress on its transition to a Software as a
Service ("SaaS") led business, with a healthy pipeline of significant
contracts across its offerings.
The UK has seen a return to more typical activity levels in recent months,
including new contracts with Heathrow Airport, alongside our partner Esri, and
expansions with Yorkshire Water, The Environment Agency and Network Rail. In
addition, the significant Belgium contract is progressing to plan.
The slower pace of decision making and procurement has continued in the US,
although the level of customer engagement in our focus areas is encouraging,
including a four-year contract renewal valued at US$1 million with the US
State of Montana for 1Spatial's NG 9-1-1 Enterprise software solution.
Proof-of-Concept projects for 1Spatial's 1Streetworks SaaS solution with major
utility organisations are progressing well and a significant contract renewal
and expansion with UK Power Networks is in final approval stages. These
developments reflect our strengthening SaaS momentum in the UK infrastructure
market.
The Board remains confident 1Spatial has the right technology and team in
place to grow our Software Solutions and SaaS businesses in FY 2026 and
beyond. Payback from our investment in our business development teams
continues to be at the head of our agenda, whilst keeping tight control of
costs."
