Chairman Appointment Process
1Spatial plc, the Global Spatial Software and Solutions Company which manages the world's largest spatial data, provides an update on the process to appoint a permanent Non-Executive Chairman.
David Richards, currently Interim Non-Executive Chairman of 1Spatial, will step down from his interim role and from the Board of Directors (the "Board") by 31 August 2016, by which point the Board intends for a permanent Non-Executive Chairman to have been appointed. A process to deliver this appointment is well advanced. 
The Board would like to thank David for his contribution as interim Chairman and looks forward to making a formal appointment announcement in due course.
