Change of Auditor
1Spatial, (AIM: SPA), a global leader in Location Master Data Management ("LMDM") software and solutions, announces that, following a competitive audit tender process, it has appointed BDO LLP ("BDO") as the Company's external auditor for the financial year ending 31 January 2021. 
 
Accordingly, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") has resigned as the Company's auditor and has deposited a statement with the Company confirming that there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation that should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company. 
 
1Spatial intends to confirm the appointment of BDO in a vote of shareholders, at the Company's next Annual General Meeting. The board wishes to thank PwC for its services and support during its many years as auditor to the Company.
