Director Appointment
The Board of 1Spatial, the global spatial software, service and data quality company which manages the world's largest spatial data, further to the announcement of 7 March 2017, today confirms that Nicole Payne has joined the Board of the Company as Finance Director with immediate effect.
Nicole Payne (nee Price), 36, currently holds 303,644 options over ordinary shares in the capital of 1Spatial. The Company confirms that there is no additional information to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
