Director Share Purchase
1Spatial, the global geospatial software and solutions company, announces that on 6 September 2018 Claire Milverton, CEO of the Company, purchased 43,476 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46 pence per Ordinary Share via her Self-Invested Pension Fund.
Following this share purchase, Claire's interests in the capital of the Company is now a total of 350,145 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.35 per cent. of the voting share capital of 1Spatial.
