1Spatial, the global geospatial software and solutions company, announces that on 7 September 2018 Nicole Payne, CFO of the Company, purchased 32,609 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46 pence per Ordinary Share.
This share purchase represents Nicole's entire holding of Ordinary Shares and is equivalent to 0.03 per cent. of the voting share capital of 1Spatial.
