1Spatial, the global geospatial software and solutions company, announces that on 20 September 2018 Peter Massey, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 48,295 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 41 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this share purchase, Peter's interests in the capital of the Company is now a total of 91,813 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 per cent. of the voting share capital of 1Spatial.
