1Spatial, the global geospatial software and solutions company, announces that on 7 December 2018 Francis Small, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 13,294 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 37.52 pence per Ordinary Share.
This share purchase represents Francis' entire holding of Ordinary Shares and is equivalent to 0.01 per cent. of the voting share capital of 1Spatial.
