Exercise of Warrants
The Company announces that it has issued, following receipt of an exercise notice in respect of warrants held by a former adviser to 1Spatial, 2,252,692 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company (the "New Shares") at a price of 5.09p per New Share. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 7 August 2015. Furthermore, the New Shares issued pursuant to the warrant exercise have been sold, subject to admission, to satisfy market demand.
Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have a total of 715,499,308 ordinary shares in issue, including 3,500,000 ordinary shares which are held in treasury. Consequently, the total issued share capital with voting rights will be711,999,308.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
