HERE reseller agreement
The Board of Directors of 1Spatial, the global spatial software, service and data quality company which manages the world's largest spatial data, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a reseller distribution agreement with HERE (the "Agreement"), a leader in navigation, mapping and location experiences.
The Agreement follows the strategic partnership between 1Spatial and HERE announced on 11 January 2016, under which HERE works with 1Spatial to provide data quality and processing solutions incorporating selected high quality map data. The Agreement was formed to fulfil key enterprise account requirements and market opportunities, bringing multiple benefits to clients and the market. The initial term of the Agreement runs until 31 August 2017 and automatically renews thereafter for successive twelve-month periods.
