Major multi-year contract renewal with a National Public Authority in France

 

1Spatial, (AIM: SPA), a global leader in Location Master Data Management
(LMDM) software and solutions, is pleased to announce the renewal and
expansion of a significant contract with a National Public Authority in France
("Contract"). The Contract is valued at €1.5 million over four years and
will provide annual recurring revenue of €0.38 million, representing a 10%
uplift. The Contract, alongside the successful ongoing implementation of the
previously announced major multi-year contracts in France, Belgium and
Germany, underpins management's confidence in the European revenues for the
year ended 31 January 2025 and beyond.

 

Through the Contract, 1Spatial provides the software platform which enables
the National Public Authority in France to automate the integration and
validation of millions of location data points every day across 3,500
different agencies nationwide.

 

The Contract is another demonstration of 1Spatial's software's ability to
manage huge volumes of complex location data at scale, as it does for
customers and projects such as the National Underground Asset Register in the
UK, Google REWS and the California Department of Transportation in the US.
