Further to the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ended
31 January 2023 on 26 April 2023, 1Spatial confirms that the Annual Report and
Accounts, together with Notice of the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting
("AGM") have been posted to shareholders who elected to receive a hard copy of
the documents and are available to download from the Company's website at
www.1spatial.com (http://www.1spatial.com/) .

 

The AGM is to be held at 11.00am on 7 July 2023 at the offices of Liberum
Capital Limited, Ropemaker Place, Level 12, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y
