Result of AGM
 
1Spatial announces that at the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM"), held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
 
In addition, Pete Massey, who was appointed as non-executive director of the Company on 10 July 2018, was required by the Company's articles of association to retire, however because he was appointed after circulation of the notice of AGM, a resolution could not be included for his election. Pete Massey's immediate reappointment was approved by the Board following the conclusion of the AGM in accordance with article 117, and shareholders should note that he will stand for re-election at next year's annual general meeting.
