(LMDM) software and solutions, announces that at its Annual General Meeting
('AGM'), held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly
passed on a show of hands.

 

The full text of the resolutions considered at the AGM is set out in the
Notice of AGM published on 5 June 2025, available on the Company's website
at www.1spatial.com (http://www.1spatial.com/) .

 

Results of the proxy vote on each resolution will be available of the
