** Shares of 1Spatial SPA.L up 45.2% at 67.5p; highest level since Feb 2025

** Location master data management software and solutions says it has agreed key terms of a possible 73p/shr cash offer from spatial asset management co VertiGIS

** Deal values group at about 87.1 mln pounds ($116.62 mln )

** YTD, including session’s gains, stock down about 4.3%

($1 = 0.7469 pounds)
