23.83% at $15.85 in premarket trading 
    ** Co on Wednesday reported preliminary Q3 rev of about
$151.7 mln, missing analysts estimates of $162.2 mln - LSEG data
    ** Brokerage Leerink Partners cut PT to $25 from $35 as it
expects lower near-term growth
    ** Of 19 brokerages that cover TXG, 9 rate it "buy" or
higher, 9 "hold" and 1"sell"; their median PT is $25 - LSEG
    ** Up to last day's close, stock has fallen ~63% YTD
