premarket
    ** Co said its partner has paused an early-stage study of
its experimental therapy being developed to treat a type of
blood cancer, acute myeloid leukemia
    ** The study has been paused following the death of first
patient at the second dose level of the therapy 
     ** Co said it will assess the data surrounding the death of
the patient with the U.S. FDA and potential next steps for the
study 
    ** Up to Tuesday's close, stock was up ~26% YTD
