Regeneron to buy development rights to 2seventy bio's cell therapies

Jan 30 (Reuters) - Regeneron Pharmaceuticals  REGN.O 
will acquire development and commercialization rights of
experimental immune cell therapies from 2seventy bio  TSVT.O 
and form a new research and development unit for these
therapies, the companies said on Tuesday.
