The S&P 500 and Nasdaq rose to fresh multi-month highs on Wednesday as investors
bet the Federal Reserve would skip raising interest rates later in the day,
while a decline in shares of insurer UnitedHealth dragged down the Dow.  .N 
    
    At 11:38 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down 0.27% at
34,119.04. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.42% at 4,387.19 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.56% at 13,649.144.
