5% at 147.10 rupees to hit record high
    ** Co said it is in discussion with Sievert Baustoffe
Auslandsbeteiligungen GmbH, a German co for forming a joint
venture in India
    ** JV will undertake production of construction chemicals
and building material related products - filing
    ** Stock extends gains for the third consecutive session 
    ** More than 207,386 shares changed hands by 3:15 p.m. IST,
3.2x 30-day avg 
    ** YTD stock had risen ~62%
