** Shares of IT services co 3i Infotech Ltd  TIIN.NS  rise
as much as 9.4% to 60.80 rupees 
    ** Co says got 327 mln rupees (nearly $4 mln) work order
from Concept Communications on behalf of BPCL  BPCL.NS 
    ** Stock on track to gain for 3rd straight day
    ** More than 3.5 mln shares traded as of 9:50 a.m. IST vs
30-day avg of ~3.6 mln shares
    ** TIIN last up ~5%, taking YTD gains to ~20%, in line with
the rise in 2023
