3i Infrastructure plc announces that it has appointed Aztec Financial Services
(Jersey) Limited as its Jersey administrator with effect from 23 December
2022.  In connection with this appointment the registered office of 3i
Infrastructure plc will change to 11-15 Seaton Place, St Helier, Jersey, JE4
0QH with effect from that date.
