3i Infrastructure plc completes its further investment in TCR

3i Infrastructure plc ("3i Infrastructure") has completed its further
c.€394m investment in TCR, the leading global provider of Ground Support
Equipment rental solutions and services, acquiring the stake owned by funds
managed by DWS.

 

The transaction, announced on 14 June 2022, takes 3i Infrastructure's equity
stake to c.96% alongside management.
