Directorate Changes
3i Infrastructure plc (the "Company") announces that on 2 November 2016 Philip Austin MBE, the Senior Independent Director of the Board of Directors, formally resigned as a Director of the Company, with effect from 31 December 2016. Mr Austin has been a Director of the Company since 16 January 2007.
The Company also announces that on 2 November 2016, Paul Masterton was appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 January 2017.
Richard Laing, Chairman of 3i Infrastructure plc, said:
