** 'Post it' maker's Q4 PAT slumps 59% to 713.7 million rupees ($8.4 million) on higher costs

** Third straight quarter of profit decline; in the previous two quarters, profit fall of 16% and 8%, respectively

** Stock down 15.4% YTD
