** Stock at highest level since November 13

** Fund manager gets unconditional on-market takeover offer from TT Investments at A$0.31 cash per share

** Offer at a 19.2% premium to TGP's last close

** 360 Capital Group says independent board committee recommends acceptance of TT Investments takeover offer, in absence of a superior offer

** Stock has risen 32.7% this year, including session gains
