** 360 Capital Group TGP.AX rises as much as 1.6% to A$0.315; set for fourth consecutive week of gains

** Stock has gained 5% so far this week

** Fund manager received off-market takeover bid on Monday from TT Investments, its associates for all securities they did not own at A$0.30/share in cash

** On Wednesday, TT Investments raised offer price to A$0.31, called it "best and final"

** Revised offer values co at A$61 mln ($40.3 mln)

** TGP gains 34.9% YTD
