** Stock logs its biggest intraday pct loss since Jan. 5

** Respiratory imaging tech firm completes A$150 million  ($100.17 million) placement at issue price of A$3.80 apiece

** Co says issue price at 11.4% discount to stock's last close

** Stock has risen more than 5% so far this year after gaining over eight-fold in value in 2025
