** Shares of Australia's 4DMedical Ltd  4DX.AX  rise as much
as 17% to A$0.55, their highest since Sept. 22
    ** Medical technology co says it has signed a distribution
agreement with Australian medical imaging service provider
Integral Diagnostics Ltd  IDX.AX  
    ** Says contract is for distribution of co's respiratory
imaging XV technology 
    ** Adds contract will significantly expand patient access to
co's technology
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Oct. 2
    ** More than 327,150 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 244,613
    ** Stock up 11.8% YTD, as of last close
    ** IDX falls as much as 2.3% to A$2.590
