** Stock up 53.3% so far this week; set for best week in more than three months

** Medical tech maker says its imaging software, CT:VQ, received CE mark certification for commercial use in European Union

** Completes A$83 mln ($57.1 mln) private placement

** Offer price of A$5.90/share represents 37.2% premium to last close
