** 4DMedical 4DX.AX jumps 13.6% to A$0.335, highest since March 26

** Stock posts biggest intraday pct gain since April 15

** Medical tech co secures contract with private U.S. co Intermountain Health to implement its Pulmonary Hypertension Analysis product, an AI-based algorithm designed for use in acute care settings

** Says, "This contract establishes us within a health system of 33 hospitals and nearly 4,000 physicians"

** Co did not disclose any financial details of the deal

** YTD, 4DX falls 30.2%
