to A$0.041, posting their biggest intraday pct fall since Feb 6
** Semiconductor co says it has firm acceptances of A$5.5
mln ($3.69 mln) in a single tranche placement of 152.8 mln new
shares
** Issue price of A$0.036 per share is at a 26.5% discount
to last close on March 17
** Co says funds raised to be used for ongoing development
of its technology, among others
** About 19.1 mln shares change hands vs the 30-day average
of 9.4 mln shares
** Stock had gained 36.1% YTD, as of last close
($1 = 1.4899 Australian dollars)
