** 4DS Memory 4DS.AX slides 4.9% to A$0.039, lowest since
mid-August, 2023
** Semiconductor developer to raise A$2 mln ($1.2 mln) at
issue price of A$0.036 - 10% discount to close on Tuesday, when
trading was halted pending capital raise announcement
** Co completed another share placement of A$6 mln at same
price
** Stock fell as much as 9.8% earlier in the day, marking
its biggest intraday drop since Dec. 20, 2024
** More than 19.1 mln shares traded, 4.5x the 30-day avg
** Stock shed ~42% last year
