A$0.143, their sharpest rise since Sep. 22

 an additional U.S. patent grant that brings co's portfolio of
granted patents to 32 
    ** Says patent grant for co's conductive amorphous oxide
contact layers is strategic for storage tech in mobile and cloud
    ** 4DS hits its highest since Sep. 23
    ** Stock rose 8% this year, as of last close
