4GLOBAL, a UK-based data, services and software company focused on major
sporting events and the promotion and measurement of physical activity,
announces that Roger Taylor, non-executive director, has stepped down from the
Board with immediate effect.

Eloy Mazon, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "The Board would like to thank
Roger for his contribution to the Company's development since its admission to
AIM in 2021 and we wish him well for the future."
