4Global PLC (the "Company") announces that the Group has, on 24 October 2024,
granted options over 55,000 ordinary shares in the share capital of the
Company to Keith Sadler, Non-Executive Director.

 

The options have an exercise price of 1 pence per share, vest on grant and
have an exercise period ending 24 October 2034
