Result of 2022 AGM

4GLOBAL, a UK-based data, services and software company focused on major
sporting events and the promotion and measurement of physical activity,
announces that at its annual general meeting held earlier today, all
resolutions proposed were duly passed. Full details of each resolution were
set out in the notice of annual general meeting which is available on the
