Oct 12 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions
and disposals were reported by 1000 GMT on Tuesday:
    
    ** A consortium led by Aguila Energia has placed the highest
bid for Brazilian state-run oil company Petrobras' Bahia onshore
fields, offering over $1.5 billion, according to two sources

    ** EU antitrust regulators have resumed their scrutiny of
U.S. life sciences company Illumina's  ILMN.O  bid for Grail Inc
 GRAL.O  after a two-month temporary halt and will decide by
Feb. 4 whether to clear the deal, a European Commission filing

    **Israeli satellite operator Spacecom  SCC.TA  said that
Budapest-based 4iG  IGNY.BU  agreed to buy a 51% stake in the
company for $68 million through a private shares
