and disposals were reported by 1345 GMT on Tuesday:
    
    ** Columbia State Bank  COLB.O  will buy larger rival Umpqua
Bank  UMPQ.O  in an all-stock deal valued at around $5.2

    ** Russian tech giant Yandex  YNDX.O  is expanding in Israel
with the acquisition of electric scooter rental company Wind,
adding to its taxi and food delivery services in the country.

    ** Vroom Inc  VRM.O  said it would buy automotive lender
United Auto Credit Corp for $300 million in cash, as the online
used car retailer seeks to offer financing options for its

    ** A consortium led by Aguila Energia has placed the highest
bid for Brazilian state-run oil company Petrobras' Bahia onshore
fields, offering over $1.5 billion, according to two sources

    ** EU antitrust regulators have resumed their scrutiny of
U.S. life sciences company Illumina's  ILMN.O  bid for Grail Inc
 GRAL.O  after a two-month temporary halt and will decide by
