Brief: Hugo announces preliminary results of rights issue

Aug 2 (Reuters) - Hugo Games A/S  HUGOG.OL : 
    * A preliminary counting of the subscriptions indicates that 
approximately 35 million shares have been subscribed out of a 
total of 20 million shares available in the Rights Issue, i.e. 
an oversubscription of approximately 75 pct 
    * The gross proceeds from the Rights Issue will be 30 
million Norwegian crowns  ($3.53 million)
