** Shares of 8Common Ltd  8CO.AX  climb as much as 7.5% to
A$0.1, their highest since Feb 1
    ** Software firm says three-year contract with Australian
Securities and Investments Commission secured under the GovERP
deed, with the option of two 1-year extensions
    ** Says A$1.15 mln ($799,940.00) total contract value signed
including A$650k for onboarding and implementation
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Feb 1
    ** More than 306,065 shares change hands, almost 4 times the
30-day average volume 
    ** Stock down 7% this year, as of last close
