 Notice of Annual General Meeting

Further to the announcement released on 23 March 2023, 88 Energy Limited (ASX:
88E) ("88 Energy" or the "Company") is pleased to confirm that a notice of
annual general meeting of the Company (the "AGM") has been lodged to convene
the AGM, which will be held on 11 May 2023 at 10am (AWST) at: Vibe Hotel
Subiaco, Level 9, 9 Alvan Street, Subiaco WA 6008.

Full details of the AGM and the resolutions to be approved are available on

Shareholders are encouraged to lodge a directed proxy form prior to the
meeting.
