88 Energy Limited (ASX:88E, AIM:88E, OTC:EEENF) (88 Energy or the Company)
announces that a notice of general meeting of the Company (the "GM") has been
lodged to convene the GM, which is to be held Vibe Hotel Subiaco, Level 9, 9
Alvan Street, Subiaco, WA, 6000 at 10:00 a.m. (WST) on Monday, 15 January
2024.

The notice of general meeting sets out details on the business of the GM and
contains an explanatory statement on the proposed resolutions, along with
voting instructions for shareholders. The notice of meeting can be viewed on
