ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS
 
The Directors of 88 Energy Limited ("88 Energy" or the "Company", ASX & AIM:88E) confirm that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today in Western Australia Resolutions 1 to 7 were duly carried, with Resolution 8 (Conditional Spill Resolution) withdrawn.
